The Challenge
SCALING D2C E-COMMERCE
Verdant Botanicals had a beautifully branded organic plant fertilizer but struggled to scale beyond $2k/mo in ad spend without seeing their Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) collapse.
Our mission was twofold: scale their top-of-funnel acquisition via Meta (Facebook/IG) Ads, and dramatically increase customer lifetime value (LTV) through sophisticated Klaviyo email automations.

We implemented a broad-targeting Meta strategy relying on dynamic creative testing to find winning hooks. Simultaneously, we deployed highly-segmented post-purchase and replenishment flows in Klaviyo to drive passive recurring revenue.
